  • To encourage the local development of CBT.

  • We provide a link between the BABCP (national body) and local members.

  • We are committed to provide high quality training, seminars and workshops to support continuing CPD.

  • We seek to represent CBT practitioners working in a wide range of settings in the NHS and independent sectors.

  • We work with other branches to develop joint events and initiatives.

  • We liaise with the BABCP on important issues.

  • We support and disseminate research and good practice through forums and training.

  • We provide a convening place to allow members to come together to support one another, socially, professionally and clinically.

AGM- Personal Reflections on the Development of CBT

Mandy will reflect on the development of CBT over the 43 years of her career, from a personal perspective. She will highlight some of the key markers over that period. There will beample time for guided discovery questions to help participants apply the ideas to the here and now.

Although this event is free to attend, place are limited and you will need to register beforehand so we have your name for CPD certificates and numbers for refreshments.
