We are seeking nominations from members to join our Board of Trustees. As a Trustee you are responsible for oversight in managing BABCP in accordance with our Memorandum and Articles of Association as well as charity and company legislation. You will have a legal duty to act in the best interests of BABCP, manage BABCP's resources responsibly, and act with reasonable care and skill.

Previous experience as a Trustee or similar position would be helpful, but not essential.
