Trustee Elections 2019

Do you have what it takes to help shape the future of BABCP?

BABCP is leading the way in furthering the provision of high-quality CBT in the UK and Ireland and has more than 12,000 members in a diverse range of positions, working in both the public and private sectors, as well as student members and those simply interested in CBT.

We’re at the time of year where we are seeking nominations from our members to join our Board of Trustees. If you are dynamic, passionate and have experience in finance, charity work, public engagement, legal experience or have previous experience as a trustee in a not-for-profit organisation, we would love to hear from you.

Nominations for three Trustee positions on the BABCP Board are open from Wednesday 10 July 2019 and close on Wednesday 24 July. We are seeking a President Elect, who will be in position for one year, followed by two years as President, then a further year as Past President. We also have two Elected Member Trustee positions available. Our Elected Member Trustees will be in post for three years.

These roles are to be confirmed at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 4 September 2019. We welcome applicants for all our positions who possess the relevant attributes, but we would particularly welcome black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME), lesbian, gay, bi, trans (LGBT+) and disabled applicants.
