Unmet Reaccreditation Requirements

If you have fallen short of some of your CPD and/or supervision requirements whilst in practice you should still make the Reaccreditation Declaration when invited and endeavour to get back on track as soon as possible.

If you need any guidance on this, please contact

If selected for Audit, you will be expected to provide the reasons for any shortfall in CPD or CBT supervision in the Additional Information sections of the CPD Evidence for Audit and Collaborative Supervision Summary documents.

Your accreditation may be affected, or you may be re-audited the following year if the auditors are not satisfied with the reasons for not meeting the requirements.

You will not be expected to have met the full requirements if you have had an extended period out of practice in the past year : Time off and Reaccreditation
