The successful candidate will join a team of three academic staff, led by Dr Geraldine Fletcher. They will take responsibility for developing and delivering specific postgraduate modules within the Postgraduate Diploma courses which are offered, and contribute to the management, leadership and enterprise activities of the school as appropriate. They will ensure that work in designated areas is in line with the overall Training Programme objectives, policies and procedures underpinned by the requirements of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and the University of Birmingham. They will facilitate and appraise the development of trainee competence (clinical and academic) ensuring that it meets the requirements of the professional and awarding bodies, and prepares trainees for work within modern health and social care services.
