Calling all High Intensity CBT Therapists…………..

Are you thinking about relocating to the beautiful South Coast or perhaps you would like to work remotely without leaving your current location?

Our highly regarded Dorset and Southampton Steps to Wellbeing services are recruiting as we continue to expand our core and long term conditions teams. Dorset is an integrated service which has bases across rural and urban localities. We have vacancies for therapists to work with core or long term conditions clients in Dorset. Southampton has vacancies within its body and mind team to work with long term conditions. As part of an integrated service you will employ your Clinical CBT skill to allow people to move forward on their journey.

We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of skills and experience. All staff will work as part of a team, and receive regular clinical supervision.

Good administrative, time management and communication skills are also essential. Experience of working within the NHS or similar organisation is highly desirable.

The Steps 2 Wellbeing service prides itself on being innovative and is passionate about development. We promote opportunities for career development and ongoing professional development including training in Long Term Health Conditions and other modalities of treatment such as EMDR, Mindfulness, and RO-DBT.

As an innovative service, we offer the opportunity to utilise remote and flexible working to fit around the service and your home life.

The successful candidate will provide one to one and group high intensity CBT within a stepped care model for adults with common mental health problems, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders.

Please note due to COVID our face to face provision is currently limited. Applicants must be willing to work remotely. We encourage you to have a conversation with us about the role, so we can answer any queries you might have.
