Sessional CBT Therapists

Join our growing clinical network at Psych Health

  • Are you a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist?
  • Are you passionate about helping people get better?
  • Are you looking to balance your current private practice/current work commitments with a sessional role with a leading UK provider of mental health services?

Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is increasing their network of CBT Therapists due to continued growth and expansion of new clinical services, and can offer hours and sessions to suit your current work and family commitments.

Who are we?

Psych Health is a leading independent provider of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established 13 years ago, and proud to still be a clinically led organisation, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do.

Working across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality psychological assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.

At Psych Health, we believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best – and this extends to our remote network of sessional Therapists. Our innovative mental health service aims to enrich the lives of both our patients and our clinicians. Put simply, we are passionate about helping people get better, stay better and live better!

What is the role?

Working during your chosen hours, you will deliver high intensity CBT sessions on a mostly remote basis via telephone and/or video. However due to recent demand we may also be able to offer face to face sessions (dependent on location) if in-person clinic time is your preference.

Network clinicians are supported by our Senior Clinical Team who oversee all cases and if any clinical issues with Psych Health patients arise, we are able to arrange support from one of the senior team.

By joining our clinical network of accredited CBT Therapists, you’ll get the autonomy and freedom to work from home whilst delivering the best care for our patients. With competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to manage your own appointments we can offer you work with a varied and interesting caseload once you complete our onboarding process.

In line with our belief that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting clinicians to do what they do best, Psych Health network clinicians now also have access to free of charge CPD to support with your further growth and development.
