An exciting opportunity has arisen following the expansion of our high performing IAPT Service. We are looking for committed clinical supervisors to join this exciting and dynamic service:
CBT Clinical Supervisor (fully remote options available) AfC B7 x2: You will be joining a dedicated team of Clinical Supervisors providing clinical supervision and case management to Step 3 CBT clinicians, ensuring supervisees work safely and professionally, adhere to NICE guidelines and service guidance, with an awareness of key performance indicators. Applicants should hold full accreditation with the BABCP and have extensive experience of delivering CBT. In this role you will also be able to maintain your own caseload (approximately 1 day per week), providing assessment and treatment for people within an IAPT framework. As well as excellent CPD opportunities, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in research and service developments, shaping the future of our service. Due to developments in ways of working over the last 12 months, we are able to consider applicants from other areas of the UK who would like to work remotely.
The Wellbeing Service is an enhanced IAPT service, for ages 16 upwards, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. The service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT), Mind and Relate. We follow a bio-psycho-social model which uniquely includes psychological, employment and social recovery interventions. Our treatments are delivered face to face, by telephone and by video-link (attend Anywhere or MS Teams).
