Understanding Group Dynamics - Online event 05/03/21

Presented by Isabel Clarke

About the event

This is an online, participative event via the Zoom meeting platform.  This session will not be recorded.

This interactive workshop will be about understanding group dynamics, identifying the challenges and the benefits of delivering therapy in groups and linking these to what is known about how people in groups operate. It will explore how group facilitators can use this knowledge to maximise the added value that the group can bring, and how to manage the obstacles encountered – from the planning, assessment and preparation stages, through the delivery of the group and its ending.

The additional challenges of delivering groups on-line will also be addressed in light of current circumstances.
