T.E.A.M CBT is a 1:1 structure for therapy created by Dr David Burns, who has been working with CBT since its inception. He has gathered data from many years of practice to distill out what is necessary for effective practice as well as what doesn't work.
This workshop is designed to introduce you to the key themes and allow you to test out some of the processes for yourself.

T.E.A.M CBT is based on core CBT principles with particular emphases:

T esting - before and after every session.

E mpathy - teachable and effective skills

A ssessment of resistance - a unique approach to this essential part of therapy

This event will also feature a live Q&A session with Dr David Burns.
