Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACT-I) is an

(CBT-I) that CBT therapists can use to treat clients with insomnia. This

Dr Guy Meadows (PhD) is the co-founder of Sleep School and has played a major role in pioneering the use of acceptance and mindfulness-based practices for chronic insomnia (ACT-I). Since 2005 he has worked with thousands of clients worldwide, helping them to overcome insomnia naturally, using ACT-I. Dr Meadows has run many ACT therapist training workshops for the BABCP, ACBS and RCGP. He is the author of The Sleep Book (Orion, 2014) and creator of the Sleep School mobile app.
