Core Belief Involved Protocol in NHS Talking Therapies: Helping Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Laura Laken 

* Are you a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or High Intensity Therapist working in an NHS Talking Therapies?
* Do you have experience of helping patients change negative core beliefs about themselves such as “I am not good enough” or “I am worthless” into more healthy and helpful self-beliefs?
* Would you be willing to share your experience in one small focus group for 90 minutes?

You must have accreditation from a BABCP Level 2 Accredited Course, formerly known as IAPT High Intensity course.

Laura is an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist currently investigating core belief involved treatments for her PhD. Laura is gathering the insights of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists working in Talking Therapies services.
